This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The French version, the Conditions d’utilisation, is the reference text and prevails in case of any difference.
These terms govern the use of the RH43 services: the rh43.fr website, the RH43 account and the J.A.R.V.I.S. panel (jarvis.rh43.fr). By creating an account or using these services, you accept these terms.
1. Publisher and hosting

_._.adam_._). - Hosting: server administered by the publisher, located in France. Traffic goes through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States).
2. About the services
RH43 is the Human Resources department of a roleplay community on Roblox, set in the universe of the SCP Foundation (French-speaking branch). The RH43 services present the Human Resources, manage members’ accounts, and equip the team in its work of recruiting, training and supporting staff.
The SCP Foundation is a fictional universe. The organizations, characters, ranks and documents mentioned in the RH43 services are part of the roleplay.
RH43 is a volunteer-run community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or the authors and community of the SCP project (scp-wiki). Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Minimum age
The RH43 services are reserved for people aged at least 13. Between 13 and 15, using an RH43 account requires the consent of a parent or holder of parental authority.
You must also comply with the age requirements and terms of use of Roblox and Discord.
4. RH43 account
- An RH43 account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the actions taken with your account.
- An RH43 account is created and used with Discord or Roblox; you can then add a username and a password to it. A Discord or Roblox account can be linked to only one RH43 account, and you are also responsible for the security of those accounts.
- A temporary password given by an administrator must be replaced at the first sign-in.
- You agree not to impersonate anyone and not to create accounts in order to get around a sanction.
- If you lose your password, contact an administrator, who can reset it.
- If you think someone else is using your account, tell an administrator or the publisher immediately.
5. Access to the team’s tools
Having an RH43 account does not give access to the team’s tools. Access to the J.A.R.V.I.S. panel, and the permissions that come with it, are granted, changed or removed by its administrators, according to the community’s needs.
Team members agree to use the data they can access (tickets, time clock, accounts…) only for their duties within the community, and not to share it.
6. Rules of use
It is forbidden:
- to try to access an account, data or any part of the services without authorization;
- to disrupt the services (mass requests, repeated sign-in attempts, looking for vulnerabilities without the publisher’s prior consent);
- to use the services to spread illegal, hateful or harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- to use the services for commercial purposes.
A security vulnerability found in good faith can be reported to jacques.uzi@rh43.fr: please do not exploit it or make it public before it is fixed.
7. Suspension and deletion
If these terms or the community rules are not respected, an account may be disabled or deleted, and access to the team’s tools removed, without notice if the situation requires it.
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to jacques.uzi@rh43.fr.
8. Availability
The RH43 services are provided free of charge, by volunteers, as is. They may be interrupted, changed or stopped at any time, in particular for maintenance. The publisher does their best to keep them running and the data secure, but cannot guarantee permanent availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of an outage or a loss of data caused by an event beyond their control.
9. Intellectual property
The design, texts and code of the RH43 services belong to their authors; they may not be reused without permission. The fonts used are subject to their own licenses.
Elements from the SCP universe are the work of the SCP community, published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license (scp-wiki.wikidot.com).
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. In case of a significant change, users will be informed on the website or on the community’s Discord servers.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, an amicable solution will be sought before any other step.
